WHY YOU LOVE BEING A PERSONAL TRAINER:  I love the ability to change and impact lives in a positive way. One of the most rewarding things is coaching people through their pain or struggles and replacing that with strength, conditioning and confidence.

WHY YOU TRAIN AT TROPHY:  The main attraction with Trophy is the freedom you have to do things your way.  Every client and class I have is different and requires different needs, I don’t ever feel like I’m actually working for Trophy but more so progressing my clients and myself under Trophy’s name.  Trophy has done nothing but help me run and manage my own business.  With that power you can see the difference in the energy that the trainers can bring into Trophy.
