Large Group Personal Training is personal training for 12-20 people. This strength program was designed by our program design team to give you the benefits of a full body strength program. These types of workouts are designed to burn calories and build lean body mass to boost your metabolism for the long term. The program is set up in sets of exercises for specific repetitions. You’ll use weights that are challenging for the set repetitions. Everyone can go at their own pace, but each week push yourself to lift a little more than you did the week before. You will use dumbbells, kettle bells, trx suspension trainers, large ropes and more. Take 1-3 large group personal training sessions a week.
