These workouts burn calories and build lean body mass to boost members’ metabolism for the long term. Trophy Fitness Club’s large group training program consists of repetitious exercises. All participants are able to progress at their own pace, but are encouraged to push themselves a little more each week than they did the week before. The partakers use dumbbells, kettle bells, TRX suspension trainers, large ropes and more. On the other hand, small group training offers benefits of working with a personal trainer. With a maximum of only five (5) people per group, participants are ensured to get the attention of a private personal training session at a fraction of the price! Further, our one-on-one training workouts focus on the science of getting fit.
