Team Training

Trophy Team Training is a challenging, fast-paced 12-week program with the simple goal of bringing out the highest levels of physical fitness in each of its members. Utilizing a Large Group setting, Trophy Team Training is led by certified personal trainers who are dedicated to pushing your physical limits in a fun, team oriented environment. TTT’s innovative, evolving routines in both strength and conditioning, will help anyone from the beginner to professional athlete reach their best and gain the confidence to push through to new levels of fitness.  In addition to the team workouts, TTT includes educational sessions that are designed to inform the members on a variety of topics.

Trophy Fitness Club employs some of the most respected and highly-talented Certified Personal Trainers in Dallas. Trophy Fitness has Personal Trainers in Dallas, Addison, Uptown, and Downtown have a proven track record of helping their clients meet their fitness goals. Each Dallas personal trainer holds at least 2 national certifications and is encouraged to continually educate themselves in the fields of biomechanics and exercise physiology.
