Scott grew up and went to school in Northern California and while he majored in business/economics at UC Davis, his real passion is helping people have fun and feel comfortable in the gym. Scott's programs always include some combination of recreation, entertainment, athleticism, and functional exercise because if the experience isn't enjoyable it won't become a lifestyle habit.
