Class Descriptions
Cardio Fusion Not your typical P.E. Class. Innovative, energetic class that involves athletic style drills and strength training for all major muscle groups. Improve balance, strength, endurance and muscular definition.
Spin and Box This class combines both strength training and cardiovascular exercise. Stay in your fat burning zone as you move quickly from high intensity cardio to boxing. Provides a great upper and lower body workout.
Shape This class is an efficient 45 minute non-stop cardio and weight training workout. Keep your heart rate up with spinning, running drills and jump rope while also shaping your body using weights and plyometric moves. Lower Extreme This 45 minute class includes elements of yoga, pilates and martial arts and is designed to target and shape the hips, glutes and thighs.
Yoga We offer a Vinyasa Yoga Flow that links the breath with movement. Be prepared to build strength at the same time making your muscles longer and leaner. Yoga is a perfect complement to your training program and will help you prevent injuries with a good stretch. All levels are welcome, and be prepared to get a good workout.
Pilates An exercise program that works the body from the inside out. Pilates strengthens the many small muscles in your body's core, while lengthening the larger muscles that these small muscles support. All levels welcome. |
