Ken Dalton has over 20 years experience in the health and fitness industry. He has been a personal trainer for 23 years. He is certified by The American College of Sports Medicine and The Cooper Institute for Aerobics Research. Ken has experience in training diverse populations from athletes, pre and post natal, fitness competitors, and special populations. He has also been a competitive bodybuilder since 1990 and a fitness model. Ken has extensive knowledge in weight loss, power lifting, bodybuilding and nutrition. He is very passionate about the fitness industry and continues to strive to be the epitome of health and fitness so that it may be contagious to all. |
