Personal Training is a service focused on maximizing time and achieving physical and mental wellness as well as fitness goals. Since 1996 Ben Williams has been active in the Fitness industry in roles ranging from distribution to club management. Certifications have been earned from The Cooper Institute and others.
As a personal trainer, Ben’s strengths are athletic conditioning, muscle / strength development, body composition transformation, reconditioning, periodization, and fitness balance. In addition to years of experience training and meeting the needs of lawyers, doctors, corporate executives, and professors, Ben also has a strong foundation for training young athletes and developing proactive fitness programs for senior clientele. Over the years, Ben has developed reconditioning programs for clients fighting and recovering from cancer, post and pre natal, high blood pressure, stoke, heart attack physical injury and many other health complications.
