Class Descriptions
Sweat A variety of aerobic excercises incorporating weight training and abdominal work. A new class format every week keeps the class fresh and fun while melting calories. All fitness levels are welcome.
Burn This class combines both strength training and cardiovascular exercise. Stay in your fat burning zone as you move quickly from high intensity cardio to various exercises including abdominal- and leg-specific work. Provides a great upper and lower body workout.
Yoga We offer a Vinyasa Yoga Flow that links the breath with movement. Be prepared to build strength at the same time making your muscles longer and leaner. Yoga is a perfect complement to your training program and will help you prevent injuries with a good stretch. All levels are welcome, and be prepared to get a good workout.
Pilates An exercise program that works the body from the inside out. Pilates strengthens the many small muscles in your body's core, while lengthening the larger muscles that these small muscles support. All levels welcome.
Core Training A systematic and intense approach to trimming and toning the entire abdominal area. Suitable for beginners and advanced clients.
