JOHN SAUNDERS
John has been a sports and fitness enthusiast his whole life. Growing up in and around sports, he has always been interested in knowing how and why the body adapts and improves through trianing.
John graduated from the University of North Texas in 2004 with a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology/Health Promotion. He then became certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association. After becoming educated and certified, John began personal training.
Dedicated to taking an active role in changing people's attitudes, beliefs, and expectations, John takes great pride in his ability to motivate clients and help them reach their fitness goals. John has worked successfully with clients ranging from competitive athletes, to individuals battling obesity, or struggling with physical limitations, to individuals just looking to improve their health.
By constantly taking on new goals and challenges, John leads by example. He is very active in the local racing community, competing in 5k's, 10k's, half-marathon's, marathon's, duathlon's, century ride's, etc. John truly believes that anyone can achieve any goal they set their mind to. It is this 'never give in' attitude that tends to motivate people and change lives. |
