Class Descriptions
Circuit Training This class combines intervals of intermediate cardiovascular training with strength training exercises. All fitness levels are welcome.
Hip Hop Dance This high-energy class incorporates hip hop dance moves into a cardio workout set to popular music. All fitness levels are welcome.
Spin A cardio workout on a stationary bike based on cycling principles. Classes are
technique based and/or real terrain based and focus on cadence, heart-rate
zones, climbs & sprints that can make an unpredictable ride that is fun and
challenging. All fitness levels are welcome.
Yoga We offer a Vinyasa Yoga Flow that links the breath with movement. Be prepared to build strength at the same time making your muscles longer and leaner. Yoga is a perfect complement to your training program and will help you prevent injuries with a good stretch. All levels are welcome, and be prepared to get a good workout.
Kickboxing Develop new skills and a strong core as you burn a ton of calories in
this fierce but fun kickboxing class. Easy-to-follow combinations of upper-body strikes, lower-body strikes, blocks and athletic drills make up this killer cardio workout.
Boot Camp This class will alternate intervals of intermediate cardio with strength training exercises for a full-body workout that will continue to challenge your body while you become stronger.
Total Body Conditioning Combine full-body resistance training with continuous cardio training and you get Total Conditioning. This intense athletic workout uses a
variety of equipment and cycle activity with built-in recovery for an efficient, easy-to-follow workout.
Hard Core Sculpt your midsection as you improve your body's overall functional
strength, balance and coordination. This class focuses on strength, movement and balance challenges through use of the body's core muscles found in the inner and outer abdominal wall, obloquies and low back.
