Uptown Dallas Fitness Class Descriptions

Adrenaline Boot Camp
Cardio sports drills and body weight training done in a circuit. Change your body with this intense workout!  All fitness levels are welcome.

Group PT
Free group personal training.  This class offers members a chance to workout with an experienced personal trainer for free.  Trainers will lead you through an intense, fun workout that changes on a regular basis.  You will tone your body and increase your metabolism by working the entire body using a variety of equipment.

Barre

Barre is a Pilates-based workout that uses Ballet Barre and floor exercises to target problem areas. Barre works muscles you may not be accessing in other forms of fitness. It creates a long, lean physique and helps strengthen and shape legs, glutes, abdomen, back and upper arms. No dance experience needed.

Cardio Shake & Sculpt

Cardio Shake & Sculpt is a total body dance movement workout that targets women’s problem areas. The class combines Zumba, Hip-Hop, Jazz, Broadway, and contemporary burlesque moves with female specific toning exercises. Be prepared to shake and sculpt your way to a more confident and slimmer you! No dance experience needed!

The Game
This unique class is about pushing your level of fitness and state of mind so that you are stronger and faster than you could ever imagine. Feel a deep sense of accomplishment after you finish this exhilarating class.  The Game incorporates resistance training, spin bikes and core training and will certainly help you achieve your fitness goals. Take the challenge and get in the Game!

Shape
This class is an efficient 45 minute non-stop cardio and weight training workout. Keep your heart rate up with spinning, running drills and jump rope while also shaping your body using weights and plyometric moves.

Yoga
We offer a Vinyasa Yoga Flow that links the breath with movement. Be prepared to build strength at the same time making your muscles longer and leaner. Yoga is a perfect complement to your training program and will help you prevent injuries with a good stretch. All levels are welcome, and be prepared to get a good workout.
