Addison Fitness Class Descriptions

Adrenaline Boot Camp
Cardio sports drills and body weight training done in a circuit. Change your body with this intense workout!  All fitness levels are welcome.

TFC Pump
Learn proper weight lifting and exercise techniques that will get you real results while concentrating on safety and injury prevention.  Find out what it takes for YOUR body to be transformed to what you’ve always wanted.  Group training sessions taught by a Masters degreed & certified Personal Trainer.  Tone, sculpt and train your body the “right” way.

Group PT
This class offers members a chance to workout with a personal trainer for free.  Experienced personal trainers will lead you through an intense, fun workout that changes on a regular basis.  You will tone your body and increase your metabolism by working the entire body using a variety of equipment.

Yoga
We offer a Vinyasa Yoga Flow that links the breath with movement. Be prepared to build strength at the same time making your muscles longer and leaner. Yoga is a perfect complement to your training program and will help you prevent injuries with a good stretch.  All levels are welcome, and be prepared to get a good workout.

Boot Camp*
This class will alternate intervals of intermediate cardio with strength training exercises for a full-body workout that will continue to challenge your body while you become stronger.

Lower Extreme
an intense lower body workout for all fitness levels.  Perfect for trimming and toning the legs, glutes and hips.

Boxing*
Burn calories and relieve stress in a fun and controlled atmosphere.  We will teach you correct punch form, defense and abdominal work in a high intensity energized hour.
